About the job:

We hiring a Part-Time Office Manager for our vibrant NYC office. This is a unique role blending administrative support, operations, and team coordination, with a touch of recruitment assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support for the CEO: Providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Daily Operations Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the US team and office, ensuring smooth functioning and addressing any operational issues that may arise.
  • Assisting in Recruitment: Collaborating with the HR team in various aspects of recruitment, such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the onboarding process for new hires.

* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
