About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated People Analytics Student to join our Global People Operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing HR data, generating insights, and optimizing processes through data-driven solutions. You’ll help maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR information across systems (HiBob and Comeet), support analytics projects, and contribute to building a more efficient, insight-oriented People function.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS- HiBob and Comeet to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support HR team members in day-to-day system activities such as reporting, data validation, and documentation.
  • Generate and maintain basic HR reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders.
  • Assist in testing and documenting system updates, workflows, and integrations.
  • Support HR analytics projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Help troubleshoot data or system issues in collaboration with HR and IT.
  • Contribute to the creation of training materials, guidelines, and HRIS documentation.
  • Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in other HR-related projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and data-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI or data visualization tools is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Eagerness to learn HR systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
