About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated HRIS to join our Global People Operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing HR data, generating insights, and optimizing processes through data-driven solutions. You’ll help maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR information across systems (HiBob and Comeet), support analytics projects, and contribute to building a more efficient, insight-oriented People function.


Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage core HR administrative processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee data across HR systems (HiBob, Comeet), ensuring data consistency and integrity
  • Support payroll preparation by providing and validating employee-related data such as absences, bonuses, and leave
  • Generate and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support HR and business decision-making
  • Support day-to-day HRIS operations including data validation, reporting, and system maintenance
  • Assist with testing, documenting, and supporting HR system workflows, updates, and integrations
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to support HR operations and employee experience
  • Troubleshoot HR data and system issues in partnership with HR and IT teams
  • Support HR analytics, audits, and process improvement initiatives
  • Create and maintain HRIS documentation, guidelines, and training materials
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide timely HR operational support
  • Participate in additional HR-related projects while ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with company policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience working with Excel or Google Sheets including functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation; familiarity with Power BI or data visualization tools is an advantage
  • Strong technical and analytical orientation with solid data-management skills
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools such as HiBob, BambooHR, or similar is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent English, and strong teamwork abilities
  • A proactive team player with a can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
