Job Description:

• Assume ownership of features and deliver value to customers
• Design scalable Big Data pipelines using cutting-edge technologies
• Deliver high-quality engineering by applying common engineering principles
• Work on building GenAI & Copilots security solutions
• Think creatively about complex problems and deliver technological Innovation
• Collaborate with others via open discussions, Design Reviews, and Code Reviews

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional software development experience, including meaningful experience gained during military service and/or in civilian roles
• Background in elite technological military units (e.g., intelligence, cyber, or advanced R&D units) – a strong advantage
• B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a leading academic institution (strong academic record is a plus)
• Experience working in high-quality, well-known tech companies or teams
•  (including student roles or part-time positions in outstanding organizations with high engineering standards)
• Strong foundations in software engineering principles, data structures, and problem-solving
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., code assistants, AI-based debugging, testing, or productivity tools)
• Ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• Experience combining military service with academic studies
• Exposure to large-scale systems, cloud environments, or complex production systems
• Demonstrated excellence, curiosity, and strong motivation to grow as an engineer
• Experience thoughtfully integrating AI tools into day-to-day development workflows
