About the Role

The Finance Operations Analyst supports the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate processing, strong internal controls, and scalable processes across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, and cross-functional deal execution.

This role also supports selected pricing-related activities and cross-functional financial projects. The position focuses on improving processes, partnering with key stakeholders, and providing operational support across Finance and GTM teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.


What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and update pricing calculators, and other pricing tools
  • Manage vendor onboarding and support vendor relationships in line with company policy
  • Assist with customer onboarding, billing setup, and compliance requirements for enterprise accounts
  • Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including invoice processing, cash application, aging reviews, and correspondence
  • Perform regular account reconciliations (bank, AP/AR, balance sheet accounts) and resolve discrepancies
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting
  • Assist with state, federal, and sales tax filings
  • Identify process gaps and help build scalable, efficient finance workflows
  • Prepare basic financial reports and support ad hoc operational finance projects
  • Provide support for the pricing approval process by reviewing incoming requests and coordinating approvals
  • Manage vendors, negotiate contracts
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgeted targets and communicate variances through various reports and presentations.


Salary:120,000-140,000$

What We’re Looking For

  • BS/BA degree from accredited four-year college or university; prefer a major in Finance, Business, Economics, or another quantitative field
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Enterprise SaaS/B2B Industry, finance, or sales operations
  • Well versed in PowerPoint and Excel (i.e., v-lookups, modeling, graphing, tables, calculations, automation, etc.)
  • Strong attention for detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Thrive working in a collaborative environment that is ever changing
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
  • Strong Excel skills and exceptional attention to detail
