Demand Generation Manager

Overview:

As the Demand Generation Manager at Zenity, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company as we scale. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive lead generation strategy to identify and engage potential enterprise customers across verticals. This is a unique opportunity to establish the demand generation function from scratch, working closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive qualified leads and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify target audiences and create digital campaigns that engage and convert
  • Develop and implement a robust lead generation strategy to drive qualified leads for the sales team, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
  • Own the execution of integrated campaigns across marketing programs of the website, webinars, social media, events, content, press, and more 
  • Utilize a variety of lead generation tactics, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, webinars, events, and other relevant channels to attract potential customers
  • Create and optimize landing pages and prospect funnel of lead flow
  • Deliver performance reports to Marketing leadership and other stakeholders
  • Act as an extended member of the Sales team to drive buy-in and accountability in the creation, execution and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Ensure quality lead delivery for sales team by verifying and cleaning data in HubSpot
  • Conduct market research to identify target customer segments and develop buyer personas for effective lead targeting and messaging.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools and HubSpot to track, measure, and report on lead generation performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimizations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine lead generation strategies and stay ahead of market demands.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in lead generation techniques and technologies, recommending and implementing innovative approaches to drive results.

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Understanding of lead qualification and nurture process
  • Ability to multi-task with strong problem solving, data analysis, project management, and innovative thinking
  • Highly motivated, creative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in B2B lead generation or demand generation roles, preferably in the cybersecurity industry or SaaS startups
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective lead generation strategies that have resulted in increased qualified leads and revenue growth
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Passion for cybersecurity and a deep desire to contribute to securing this new frontier of development
